The price will vary depending on the styles and complications of the work. All prices listed below are for personal usage only, if the work is to be used commercially please consult with me beforehand for the appropriate resolution and pricing (normally 2.0).

Digital style

In general, my digital artworks come in two styles: rough sketch and full CG, with a coloring option of either greyscale or full coloring.
The price below does not include complex background.*

Animated Works

I accept simple loop animation work. My animated works come in a frame-by-frame style animation. The style is only available in a simple coloring option.

The pricing for this type of work is highly dependent on the detail, the character gesture, the complexity of the background, and the number of the frame needed. The base price for this style starts at $40 (฿1200)
For reference, the first GIF with the Tanabata theme would cost around $80 (฿2400)
(the work breakdown: simple one character gesture + simple foreground + semi-complex middle ground+ semi-complex background with some activity)

STICKER STAMP

This is another offering of frame-by-frame animation style. The sticker stamp style is very minimal and smol frame-by-frame animation. This one is also very friendly to be used as a digital sticker.

This style is to be ordered in a bundle of 3 stamps starting at $12 (฿360).

DELIVERABLES: Smol sticker format (800 x 800 px or smaller), the file format is upon request (GLF, MOV,APNG), Key picture frame

Please be nice. We all appreciate the goodness here and thank you for taking an interest in my work.
If you have any questions you can always note me , reach out to me, or find me.
All the deliverables are in digital formats, there will not be any tangible product delivered at your door unless we discussed otherwise.

01. Process and Payment
I receive payment in USD via Paypal, and through bank transfer only if you are a resident of Thailand. All additional fee(s) are not included in the price sheet and will be discussed with the client in the price estimation stage. If you are paying through Paypal, I will send the invoice.

WORK PROCESS
You can reach out to me through the channels I specified in the prior section. Please refer to the order form page for more information on the basic format of ordering.

After you send the email/note please wait for my response (should be within 72 hrs). If we agree on the job, I will begin the next process.

1) Sketching stage: I will send you very rough sketches and ideas to make sure we are on the same page. If we are not, I will redo the sketch up to 3 times MAX, any more than this could inflict additional fees depending on the situation.

2) Payment stage: After agreeing on the sketch, we will move on to the price estimation stage. I will send out an invoice for half of the amount via Paypal and will only start on the piece after the payment is received.

3) Working stage: I will send you a detailed sketch and a color sketch. Minor changes are acceptable and should be pointed out as soon as possible. If it is an extending work (last more than 2 weeks), you will be receiving a report on the job weekly(if nothing goes wrong). Typically, it will take me less than 2 weeks to finish a piece. After finishing up, I will send you a final piece to prove the work one last time before sending out another invoice for the last half of the payment.
After I receive the full payment I will email you the full resolution file (available in .jpeg, .png, .clip, .psd, and .gif/.mov for animated work).

o2. Copyright and Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
✧Include the piece in my portfolio
✧Post and Promote myself anywhere (unless we agreed otherwise)

The commissioners are allowed to:
✧Use the piece for personal use only unless we have agreed otherwise.
✧Print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
✧Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright in any way, every right you had in the drawing will be retracted and the artist has every right to charge you. (Just be good)

The following is considered copyright infringement:
✧Reproducing/ using the artwork commercially without the artist's consent.
✧Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
✧Altering the artwork without the artist's consent. (a simple change of BG color is fine)

o3. Cancel and Refund Policy
If I found your behavior to be unacceptable in commissioning me eg: Mean, Spam, etc. I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received. However, if the money has yet to be sent the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Demios04 and Caviersan, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Order Form

This form can be used as a reference when commissioning a piece.

To place a commission please first check availability via note or email. The note/email should include:

1) Your name and notice for commission
2) Styles you want. Is it a full body? half boy? BG? sketch style? the specific size you need? etc.
3) Brief and References for the piece. Texts are fine if it's an original story feel free to include them (I like reading them ( ˙꒳˙ ), get to know more about the character is good). Picture references are always appreciated.
4) Any specific Notes for the piece that you want me to know
5) Deadlines are you in a rush? do tell me or else I'll never know
6) Will the piece be used Commercially? Please let me know as it will affect the price, size, and design depending on the end product.
